Alex came to my home to examine my Mum with blocked ears. She was extremely professional, caring and efficient. She has helped my elderly Mum greatly and we both shall look forward to the next visit.

Alex came to my home, as I suspected I had an ear blocked by wax. She communicated ahead of the appointment and arrived as booked. She was professional and caring during the session. She explained there was no wax in either ear and advised on future treatment. I would certainly recommend Alex to friends and family.
