I visited Lucy in her clinic recently and as soon as I walked in, I instantly felt safe. I’m almost 41 and have never had any form of aesthetic treatment before so I was a little nervous. Lucy instantly made me feel reassured with her wealth of knowledge and experience and after a little chat, she recommended the best form of treatment for what I wanted. Having Botox for me wasn’t about trying to look younger, it was about looking and feeling a better version of myself and this is exactly what Lucy advocates. The clinic is amazing and so is Lucy. I listened to her advice and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve seen a huge difference and not only has it made me feel so much more confident in myself but my face now has a glow to it that I was missing. I cannot recommend Lucy enough, for anyone like me who is feeling unsure or apprehensive about aesthetics especially if you’re of a certain age, you’re in the best hands. Amazing, I have been having anti-wrinkle/botox treatment for years, and after years working in the industry, it is hard to find a practitioner who knows anatomy very well and has the skillset to work in this industry from a professional nursing background. I had been visiting another practitioner for Botox for a couple of years and wanted to try other treatments that they didn't offer, that's when I found Lucy. I had been visiting another practitioner for Botox for a couple of years and wanted to try other treatments that they didn't offer, that's when I found Lucy. Previously the injections had strung and caused large bumps, I knew the bumps where relatively common but not the stinging. The experience with Lucy was different, no stinging and very minor bumps. Since then I have had micro needling with skin boosters and have had my first treatment of polynucleotides in the eye area. I had been put off polynucleotides due to the post-treatment look and recovery time but Lucy uses a cannula and within 48 hours the light swelling had gone and now I am patiently waiting for the results. Mr Maria took the time to understand my goals, explain the process thoroughly, and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown throughout my appointments. The results have given me a real boost in confidence, especially with my wedding day fast approaching.

Absolutely fantastic clinic. Tranquil location and feels very relaxed. All of the clinicians are really warm, friendly and helpful with any questions and have been flexible with requests to move appointments of if I’ve been running late. I’m fairly new to the area and so far have had Botox and under eye polynucleotides which I’ve been really happy with, and when it’s time to get fillers done I’ll be booking here too. Came to see Josie in the latter part of last year as I started to see my face changing due to age (47). Myself and my sister firstly had a consultation with Josie, concerning our needs. Josie is so professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. We looked for a nurse led practice specifically, as for me "you only get one face" and I wanted someone qualified to help me on my confidence journey, specifically. And so we are so very happy we found Josie, and her beautiful clinic. We had some Botox for fine lines and I had a small amount of lip filler, as I'd noticed how thin my lips had become with age, and I just wanted something subtle. Josie completely understood our needs and that is what we got. She isn't pushy with her products. And she is so truthful concerning her experience in what would be appropriate for you. And her administration is so gentle. Her clinic, is clean and tidy and extremely welcoming. I am just in the process of contacting her again to rebook some treatments and to discuss further treatments with her.
