Charlotte is lovely and so kind and understanding, I felt so comfortable and she was so gentle during the treatment, I felt minimal pain when getting my lips and Botox done and had very little discomfort afterwards with swelling and bruising! Highly recommend x

Charlotte is amazing!!! I can’t express enough how at ease you feel when getting treatments. She offers excellent advice and helps ensure you are fully aware of all processes. I feel in incredibly safe hands at her clinic. I would share before and after pictures as they speak a thousand words. But I’m too embarrassed 😂😂

I’ve been going to Charlotte now for a few years for anti wrinkle injections, she gives me the natural result that I’m always after and thrilled with. Charlotte was amazing. I was nervous to have anything done and it look silly but she talked me through how she would do my treatment and what differences it would make. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone that wants any treatments done, and i will definitely be back x

Charlotte is amazing , first class service . She makes you feel very comfortable and gives you confidence that she knows exactly what she is doing .
Always discusses with you first what it is you want to achieve and then explains what she is doing and the results you can expect .

This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte.
