Charlotte was super professional and helpful from the consultation through to the treatment, explaining everything as she went. My lips look absolutely perfect and I could not be happier with the result, I would definitely recommend Charlotte and will be back for more treatments in the future!

Charlotte is amazing , first class service . She makes you feel very comfortable and gives you confidence that she knows exactly what she is doing .
Always discusses with you first what it is you want to achieve and then explains what she is doing and the results you can expect .

This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte. I also felt much better knowing that she comes from a midwifery and health background. Thank you very much Charlotte I am very pleased with my subtle lip filler.
