This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. This was my first visit and my first ever treatment. I was slightly nervous but from the minute I arrived at Charlotte's House I felt at ease with a warm and friendly welcome. Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte. I also felt much better knowing that she comes from a midwifery and health background. Thank you very much Charlotte I am very pleased with my subtle lip filler.
