Original Review: I initially had high hopes for this clinic, communication was good. However, I was disappointed to become aware of their association with Sim. My previous experience with Sim led to severe skin issues and a very difficult recovery. A skin specialist thereafter confirmed that advice provided by Sim was misguided and treatments were not performed correctly. The association was surprising, given the clinic’s recognition and concerns about Sim at a prior clinic. Ultimately, it made me feel uncomfortable going ahead with any treatments here. I felt it was important to share, and I hope the clinic is able to take this on board.

Reply to their response: Thank you for your response. My review is related to the same practitioner Sim, who is featured on your social media (simklondon). Claiming it's a ‘separate practitioner’ seems inconsistent. While I acknowledge my experience was not within your clinic, my decision not to proceed was directly influenced by my experience with this practitioner, who appears associated. Sharing this is not misleading, it’s an honest reflection of what influenced my choice. I’ve just provided transparent feedback. Show less »

Excellent. The pharmacist I spoke to was patient and guided me accessing the video chat. He was easy to speak to and kind and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He explained everything well and allowed me to ask questions. I felt very comfortable speaking with him and am very happy with the service.
