She makes you feel at ease and listens to your wants and preferences. The treatment area is very clean and always makes sure I am comfortable. I also appreciate that Josie will tell me if a certain procedure is not necessary or suitable for an individual. I would definitely recommend Josie to anyone who hasn’t been to an aesthetician before or is looking for someone new (as was in my case as I was not happy with the results of my previous aesthetician).
