She really put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence boost I needed.

I’m genuinely grateful for how supportive and affirming she was. I trust her completely, and I appreciate how calm and understanding she was throughout. The procedure itself was almost painless, and Josie checked in on me the whole way through to make sure I was okay. She took her time and did an amazing job!
