I visited the clinic for Masseter Botox due to teeth grinding. The entire journey from start to finish was absolutely seamless. Dr Hansel was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the procedure in detail, and made sure all my questions were answered. The treatment itself was virtually painless, and the results have been fantastic—my jawline looks more sculpted, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in jaw tension and teeth grinding. The precision and care taken during the procedure truly show in the results. Any time I would message the clinic with a question it would be answered immediately and I was offered many times to come in for multiple follow ups. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is a scam. Better to go with a real/reputable business with actual employees and a clinic that's not just located in someone's attic like this one run by the one guy communicating false information and cheating clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is a scam. Better to go with a real/reputable business with actual employees and a clinic that's not just located in someone's attic like this one run by the one guy communicating false information and cheating clients.

It is quite simply a very poor standard of service to outright lie to customers that you can have a package of treatments at a certain pricing (and told specifically to the customer that the final treatment needs to be spaced apart by a few months to give the skin time to heal) and then not honour the rates given stating the 'supplier price' has suddenly dramatically increased and it is 'out of Mo's control'. His website meanwhile still advertises the course of 3 treatments in question are at a certain set-price, and no mention of any alleged sudden/unexpected 'supplier price' increases... Show less »
