Beautiful clinic full of lovely, friendly people! I had some really dodgy, lumpy lip filler dissolved today, I felt at ease and confident throughout the entire process. Everything was explained to me in detail, the process itself was slightly painful but Dr Mohamed was very gentle, I was expecting it to be much worse so it was honestly a breeze. Everyone tha... I have been seeing Dr Nafei for about a year now, initially for pigmentation concerns, and I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough.

Not only is he exceptionally skilled at what he does, but he is also one of the kindest, most considerate doctors I have ever met. He never pushes unnecessary treatments and always puts his patients’ wellbeing before anything else. In fact, I originally went to him asking about various anti-ageing procedures, and rather than agreeing to everything I requested, he honestly explained that I didn’t need many of them and that some could even do more harm than good. That level of integrity is incredibly refreshing.

Over the past year, my pigmentation has improved significantly under his care, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Every treatment plan has been carefully considered and tailored to what is genuinely best for my skin.

Despite having a busy practice, Dr Nafei never makes me feel rushed. Every appointment feels relaxed and personal, and I always leave feeling as though I’ve been chatting with a trusted friend who genuinely cares about me and my long-term skin health.
