I had been following Lucy/the clinic for a while before reaching out for a consultation. From the start, I thought Lucy's results, qualifications and knowledge spoke for itself and this was only reaffirmed when I attended the clinic for the first time.

Lucy is incredibly honest and down to earth. Her lengthy experience in the clinical setting is very apparent from the get go and you feel really at ease.

We spoke at length about what the end result looked like for me and what Lucy felt was the right path. I came back a week later for treatment and am so very happy with the results, it has boosted my confidence so much. I have since been back for a check up to make sure everything was as expected and obviously it was.

I will definitely come back to the clinic for the same procedures and maybe some others such as skin treatments as Lucy is truly a magician! The clinic itself is beautifully designed, cozy and super clean. Thank you x Show less »

I had my botox done by Lucy and the results were amazing. She's so gentle and makes you feel so comfortable. I've been to a few clinics in the past and never seen results like these. Will definitely be continuing to use Lucy for my botox & other treatments❤️ thank you!

Cannot recommend highly enough. I have been telling everyone I can about her. Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable right from the start. I’ve been going to Lucy for a few months now. She’s really friendly and easy to talk to, and she always makes appointments feel relaxed and comfortable. I always feel welcomed and at ease, and she takes the time to make sure you’re looked after during each visit. It’s always a pleasure seeing Lucy, and I always enjoy my visits to the clinic.

Cannot recommend Lucy enough, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the room. I was nervous for the outcome of the filler, and she put me totally at ease from the get go, and explained and reassured what will be done and what is best for me. I had been visiting another practitioner for Botox for a couple of years and wanted to try other treatments that they didn't offer, that's when I found Lucy. Previously the injections had strung and caused large bumps, I knew the bumps where relatively common but not the stinging. The experience with Lucy was different, no stinging and very minor bumps. Since then I have had micro needling with skin boosters and have had my first treatment of polynucleotides in the eye area. I had been put off polynucleotides due to the post-treatment look and recovery time but Lucy uses a cannula and within 48 hours the light swelling had gone and now I am patiently waiting for the results. From the moment I arrived she made me feel at ease, her treatment room is so relaxing and she really looked after me. I finished the course feeling a lot more confident and felt that she had taken the time to listen to what the problem was and to try different types of light to focus on different problems my skin had. Lucy instantly made me feel reassured with her wealth of knowledge and experience and after a little chat, she recommended the best form of treatment for what I wanted. Having Botox for me wasn’t about trying to look younger, it was about looking and feeling a better version of myself and this is exactly what Lucy advocates. The clinic is amazing and so is Lucy. I listened to her advice and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve seen a huge difference and not only has it made me feel so much more confident in myself but my face now has a glow to it that I was missing.
