I saw Dr Harpreet for the first time back in October for my Botox procedure. I’d been going to the clinic for over 4 years and decided to try a different Dr and so pleased I did! I had a Botox treatment approximately one month ago with Dr Agah. It was my first experience of Botox and I was quite anxious. I needn’t have worried as Dr Agah was wonderful! He put me at ease immediately, explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions, taking his time. He did not advocate for any unnecessary treatments and I felt that he understood what my ideal outcome would be and guided me appropriately. Best of all, I barely felt a thing! I was shocked that it was done.

The clinic itself is welcoming, clean and feels luxurious.

In regards to results, I saw softening of lines within days and now a month later I compare photos and I am delighted! It is exactly the outcome I hoped for. I will definitely be going back to see Dr Agah in the future.

I have been travelling from afar to the clinic for a combination of treatments (botox and fillers) for about 5 years now. Dr T is excellent and makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. He makes you look like yourself but fresher, and his attention to detail is exceptional.

I can’t emphasise how much I love the Derby clinic and all the staff. Dr A is my favourite doctor ever, so humble and cool. I started with him for all my treatments 4 years ago and haven’t been anywhere else; other than Dr T, which equally is an incredible doctor. Other than them, for filler and Botox treatment, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They even advise against treatments that aren’t needed! Both doctors are full of knowledge, skill and a calming humour. I’ve also done hydafacials with Chrissie, and she’s so lovely and funny. The treatments have been so beneficial for my skin. Alex has also helped me out dramatically, she used laser treatments for my problematic acne/ scarred skin. She really went above and beyond, more than anyone ever could, taking so much time out for my skin, to make sure I achieved the best outcome. She’s a lovely, warm and down to earth woman. The receptionists Claire and Sophie are always very warming and welcoming too! You could not go to a better clinic, with better people, equipment, good skills and knowledge for competitive prices(which are worth every £) The attitude everyone has shines through :)

Over the years I’ve had filler, laser hair removal, Hydrafacials, and polynucleotides, and I’ve also recommended plenty of friends and family for Botox and fillers, every single person has loved their results.

I get so many compliments on my lips especially. They’re only subtly filled (about 0.7ml) but look so natural and perfectly balanced. That’s what I love about this clinic: they really focus on enhancing, not overdoing.

The whole team is amazing. They always take their time during consultations, explain everything clearly, and make sure the treatment recommended is truly the right one for you. Their attention to detail and the level of care they give is unmatched.
