I went into the shop today and asked about laser hair removal, i managed to get a consultation the same day! (Amazing). During the consultation, I spoke about what I wanted and I was actually advised I didn’t need hair removal, but a different treatment, when going over the new treatment, I asked if it was ok to think about it, as it was more money then I could afford at the moment with being on maternity leave, the staff memeber (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) was lovely about it and understood my situation, she made no judgement and then continued to answer all my questions. When I go back to work and have more funds, I will definitely be going back to get the recommended treatment. From my short experience, I can say the staff were friendly and the reception and treatment rooms were immaculate.
