I recently had a skin tag removed from my nose at Unico. Before the procedure, the therapist explained everything to me very clearly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment itself was extremely quick and efficient, taking only 2–3 minutes. My daughter was upset during the process, but the therapist was exceptionally understanding and patient, managing the situation with care while ensuring I felt at ease as well. Despite a slight delay due to my daughter, the therapist remained professional and attentive throughout. Remarkably, within just 2 days after the treatment, the skin tag was completely removed. I would say it's best place to go I got my hydro facial recently and my skin looks very smooth and firming, they know how to satisfied their customers..I definitely recommend it to everyone..

Recently finished an 8-appointment course of laser hair removal on my face and have had a great experience the entire time. From the professional manner in which the initial consultation appointment was carried out, making sure to explain the entire process, what the expectations might be and aftercare, to each subsequent appointment. Every member of staff was really kind and welcoming, making it feel like a safe place to not have to worry at all. The environment always felt clean and well maintained. As one of the very few laser clinics in the Midlands that currently work with the NHS for laser hair removal, I'd definitely recommend. As a trans person, it's nice to be able to walk in and be treated just like everyone else. Great environment, really easy to get to (even if you aren't from Derby or know the area well, the location in the shopping centre makes it really easy to get to), super friendly staff, all round, a very satisfactory experience and I would recommend it to anyone else looking to get laser hair removal Show less »

Lovely experience from start to finish…and beyond! I can see an improvement in my skin.
Booking and availability was superb.
Nice and clean environment and therapist was professional and personable.
Procedure was explained really well.

Fantastic experience and as a first time visitor I would recommend and book again.

I went into the shop today and asked about laser hair removal, i managed to get a consultation the same day! (Amazing). During the consultation, I spoke about what I wanted and I was actually advised I didn’t need hair removal, but a different treatment, when going over the new treatment, I asked if it was ok to think about it, as it was more money then I could afford at the moment with being on maternity leave, the staff memeber (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) was lovely about it and understood my situation, she made no judgement and then continued to answer all my questions. When I go back to work and have more funds, I will definitely be going back to get the recommended treatment. From my short experience, I can say the staff were friendly and the reception and treatment rooms were immaculate. Show less »
