A special thank you to Dr. Agah İşgüzar, who was fantastic throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and delivered beautiful, natural-looking results. His expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence from start to finish.

I had a Botox treatment approximately one month ago with Dr Agah. It was my first experience of Botox and I was quite anxious. I needn’t have worried as Dr Agah was wonderful! He put me at ease immediately, explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions, taking his time. He did not advocate for any unnecessary treatments and I felt that he understood what my ideal outcome would be and guided me appropriately. Best of all, I barely felt a thing! I was shocked that it was done.

The clinic itself is welcoming, clean and feels luxurious.

In regards to results, I saw softening of lines within days and now a month later I compare photos and I am delighted! It is exactly the outcome I hoped for. I will definitely be going back to see Dr Agah in the future.

We were very impressed with the consultation we had with Dr Utku. We went to see if my husband wouid benefit from laser treatment but he did not think it wouid help. This clinic can definitely be trusted as they were not trying to make any money from us. Dr Utku was very helpful and spent a lot of time discussing various treatments and explaining them to us.... I felt like my skin looked like I had a filter all the time because it looked so perfect. From the moment I walked in Dr Agah & Evija made me feel so welcome and they was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was quite nervous never having this before but they made me laugh and calmed my nerves and constantly making sure I was ok and reassuring me because ultimately I was in complete safe hands. Very professional and a beautiful space where the treatment is performed, Evan after the treatment they was always checking in daily to make sure my skin was ok which is amazing which really stood out to me Evan on Christmas Day. From the moment you walk in, Dr Agah, Evija, and the entire team make you feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. Everything is explained thoroughly from start to finish, which instantly puts you at ease. You can tell they truly have your best interests at heart and want the best possible results for you.

The BBL treatment itself has been genuinely life-changing. I didn’t think I had “bad skin” to begin with, my main concerns were recurring acne on my forehead and dull, lifeless skin. After just two sessions, my skin has completely transformed. I feel so confident without makeup now that I actually prefer not wearing it, which is something I never thought I’d say.

I still have one treatment left and honestly don’t even know how my skin could get any better. I’m getting married this year, and I’m so grateful to the team for the confidence and glow they’ve given me. Every penny spent has been 100% worth it.

I’ve now had my first BBL laser treatment, and it was completely comfortable from start to finish. I’ve also been using a SkinCeuticals product I was recommended and it truly makes a difference. I wanted to wait a week before leaving a review so I could speak honestly, and I’ve already noticed a real improvement in my pigmentation and redness. I’ve always been conscious of post acne marks and redness, and I genuinely feel much better after just one session.

I also really appreciate that the team has followed up to check how I’m doing the aftercare has been excellent, and it makes me feel fully supported. I’m really looking forward to my next session and more great results. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. Show less »

A friend recommended ProMeds to me for the spots on my skin. Although it is a new, boutique clinic, the doctors are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I noticed an improvement in my skin after just the first session, which is really promising. I still need to attend a few more sessions, but I can't wait to see the final results!
