Natalie is incredibly professional and genuinely friendly. During the consultation, she was completely honest and took the time to explain everything clearly. She showed me all the products she uses so I could do my own research before booking my first appointment, which I did, and it turns out they’re some of the best on the market.
On the day of the appointment, she opened and prepared everything right in front of me, nothing hidden or questionable. The place is spotless, and the location is easy to find. She walked me through the aftercare process and later emailed me additional details, which I really appreciated.
The results look fantastic. I had no complications or swelling at all, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Booking was extremely simple; I did the first one online and then managed everything directly with Natalie afterwards.
Highly recommended.

I have told her many times she is brilliant in what she does and she has an amazing eye for detail. I will always go back to Natalie and I am also considering visiting her clinic in Derby which is a bit of a drive away for me, but I know it will be totally worth it!
