Natalie is so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely lovely. She always takes the time to talk everything through properly and makes sure you feel completely comfortable before doing anything. You never feel rushed and she really listens to what you want, which makes such a difference.

The whole team are so kind and welcoming and they always make you feel at ease. For me, it’s about trust and I completely trust them with my face. The results are always natural and exactly what I’m looking for.

I got in contact with Natalie as I was looking for a consultation regarding a health condition (temporomandibular joint pain). I was advise that I could have Botox applied to the jaw area to help with my pain.
After an amazing consultation with Natalie were she went through a thorough process regarding my condition we scheduled my appointment to have Botox applied into my jaw.
I must confess that I was a bit nervous as I’m not the bravest person when it comes to needles.
I cannot express in words how much Natalie made me feel at ease, not to mention the continuous care and explanation during the process. My fear was in vain as I didn’t feel the needle or any pain. In fact the felling was of a care and joyful chat. The after care was amazing and one month later when I got back to check on the process I couldn’t be happier! Not only the process was a five star one but I could feel the results as my pain had a massive drop.
I cannot express how grateful I am to Natalie for everything she did since day one.
I think it is also worth mentioning that I am a blood donor, and obviously this type of treatment has to be done by a registered professional like Natalie to don’t jeopardise giving blood. I’ve given blood after my treatment as all was securely checked by NHS Blood Donation.
I would recommend Natural Aesthetics to everyone who wants to have treatments is a save and cared way with a full understanding of the treatment.
A final note to the clinic that is absolutely gorgeous, with a fabulous decoration and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.

I have told her many times she is brilliant in what she does and she has an amazing eye for detail. Natalie is incredibly professional and genuinely friendly. During the consultation, she was completely honest and took the time to explain everything clearly. She showed me all the products she uses so I could do my own research before booking my first appointment, which I did, and it turns out they’re some of the best on the market.
On the day of the appointment, she opened and prepared everything right in front of me, nothing hidden or questionable. The place is spotless, and the location is easy to find. She walked me through the aftercare process and later emailed me additional details, which I really appreciated.
The results look fantastic. I had no complications or swelling at all, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Booking was extremely simple; I did the first one online and then managed everything directly with Natalie afterwards.
Highly recommended.
