I can’t emphasise how much I love the Derby clinic and all the staff. Dr A is my favourite doctor ever, so humble and cool. I started with him for all my treatments 4 years ago and haven’t been anywhere else; other than Dr T, which equally is an incredible doctor. Other than them, for filler and Botox treatment, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They even advise against treatments that aren’t needed! Both doctors are full of knowledge, skill and a calming humour. I’ve also done hydafacials with Chrissie, and she’s so lovely and funny. The treatments have been so beneficial for my skin. Alex has also helped me out dramatically, she used laser treatments for my problematic acne/ scarred skin. She really went above and beyond, more than anyone ever could, taking so much time out for my skin, to make sure I achieved the best outcome. She’s a lovely, warm and down to earth woman. The receptionists Claire and Sophie are always very warming and welcoming too! You could not go to a better clinic, with better people, equipment, good skills and knowledge for competitive prices(which are worth every £) The attitude everyone has shines through :)
