The whole experience was super easy and Courtneymade me feel so comfortable she listened to what I wanted, talked me through it all, made sure I was happy with the way my lips were looking and also was asking for my opinion which is so considerate. My lips look fuller but still really natural, and the Botox smoothed out my lines without making me look frozen. Exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about it!!! Samantha is absolutely lovely and so down to earth, I was very anxious but she completely put me at ease. Could not recommend Leanne enough, from the minute I knew wanted my lips done Leanne offered everything possible to me with options to try before filler. Starting out with a lip flip Leanne was there for advice, information and is so genuine with how she carries out her procedures unlike some places where your just “another customer”. Leanne checked in with me offering top up appointments etc to check how I was getting on. After not being satisfied with my own results of a lip flip I returned to Leanne for filler and I cannot tell you how IN LOVE with my lips I am now! The shape of them is PERFECT. Her customer care and customer satisfaction is clear throughout everything she does, the shop is wonderful and in such an ideal location, very clean and her level of knowledge is amazing regarding everything she does!

I have had botox done a couple of times but must say that Stacey provided the best treatment i’ve ever had. She made me feel very comfortable, was really gentle and I had no bruises or bumps afterwards (happened couple of times before). What I really appreciated is that when I said that I was thinking of doing some fillers Stacey said she would be happy to help me but in her opinion I dont need it. Honesty in this business is rare as the clinics usually rather get more money then tell you what you actually need.
I also had some fat dissolving injections done and considering I am scared of needles, I was not suffering (of course it was not pleasant) and this is because Stacey took the time to explain (couple of times) all that she will do and was checking in with me if I am ok throughout the whole treatment.
Overall I would recommend Stacey! She is now my definitely go to person for any aesthetics treatments! Also her prices and frequent offers are just too good to refuse! :) Show less »
