I was anxious about starting my laser hair removal treatment at Therapie Clinic Omagh but the girls there put me right at ease from my first session. I have found them to be very knowledgeable and so professional throughout all my sessions so far. Im looking forward to continuing my journey with them and would highly recommend them going forward 😊

I had microneedling yesterday. It was my first time & I was nervous. The therapist was so friendly & professional. She explained every step & made me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service I received 😊

I feel great disappointment to have to write this review with a negative approach after having all positive experiences with therapie clinic over the past 2 years. I always felt there was great communication and care throughout all my interactions with therapie however unfortantly there seems to have been a breakdown in communication. During my last visit to the clinic when I went to book in my next appointment, i was told they had all now expired. I was aware I had 6 full laser sessions remaining and this is just not good enough!! When I had booked my 2nd block of 10 sessions i was reassured that i would not loose them.
To be told they had expired was the first communication that I was aware they were even close to running out. I received no emails, no notification or communication of any sort. When the online app changed my android phone was no longer compatible which again was entirely out of my control...I was unable to view my sessions, book online or see what i had left. I had informed therapie of this at multiple occasions and was told they can book for me but was never informed my sessions were approaching expiry. I feel very disappointed and annoyed that this has happened...after being such a loyal customer over the past 2 years and recommending your services to friends and family to be just dismissed with no notification whatsoever. I feel my sessions which i have fully paid for should be reinstated. This was entirely a breakdown of communication on behalf of the company not myself. I will be extremely disappointed and not be recommending your services to anyone otherwise. I do hope this issue is resolved. Show less »

I had my topup laser appointment with Melissa in Omagh today. Melissa was so professional and explained everything she was doing and aftercare well! Really lovely girl and so easy to chat too during the appointment! Highly recommend

Had a great experience at Thérapie Clinic in Omagh! The staff are all so lovely – really friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everything was clearly explained and any questions I had were answered with confidence and care. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and want you to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend

The girls are very nice, but I would not recommend them to anyone, because in my opinion the work was done very poorly. No results, just a waste of time and money. The first 6 sessions were a total tragedy, after that they intensified the laser a little so I felt that something was being done. If I had done it normally from the beginning, I believe that ther... The staff are exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door you are warmly welcomed, the girls are very considerate and knowledgeable. Each treatment is talked through and all questions answered to ensure you are comfortable before treatment begins. Overall I have been extremely impressed both by customer service and treatments
