BUT I've deducted 2 stars for the issue/attitude when I went to pay. I stood at the reception desk for several minutes, waiting while staff were in the staff room chatting away. Eventually the manager/owner of the branch came to take payment. Pleasant conversation with her until it came to the price I was to be charged. I booked my appointment at the end of September (03/10/25), and the store rang me to confirm the day before (2nd) at which they rearranged it to the following week as I had been unwell (08/10/25). When I was attending my appointment on the 8th, there was leaflets in several places, along with a big window display advertising the 3 areas for new clients at a cost of £179. But I was informed by the manager/owner that this offer had changed on the 6th, now costing £189. I said that I wasn't informed, and that the £179 was still being promoted in the store. Ensued a debate of several minutes, with her insisting that she could do nothing about the price (asking me to pay the higher price and then contact yourselves for the £10 refund). I point blank refused to pay more, to which she became "huffy" saying she will have to pay the £10 (which she did). I said she needed to get all promotional items removed, so as to not have this issue again, to which she muttered under her breath and seemed angry in attitude. By the way, my appointment was at 3pm, 2 days AFTER the price change, so these leaflets and window display should have been removed long before I was there. And to be honest, I'm not sure about attending my 2 week review as I'm worried about repercussions.
