The treatment itself was incredible. Leanne explained everything step-by-step, so I knew exactly what to expect. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

The entire experience felt like self-care on a whole new level. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about her clients' confidence and wellbeing.

Could not recommend Leanne enough, from the minute I knew wanted my lips done Leanne offered everything possible to me with options to try before filler. Starting out with a lip flip Leanne was there for advice, information and is so genuine with how she carries out her procedures unlike some places where your just “another customer”. Leanne checked in with me offering top up appointments etc to check how I was getting on. After not being satisfied with my own results of a lip flip I returned to Leanne for filler and I cannot tell you how IN LOVE with my lips I am now! The shape of them is PERFECT. Her customer care and customer satisfaction is clear throughout everything she does, the shop is wonderful and in such an ideal location, very clean and her level of knowledge is amazing regarding everything she does!
