I've attended Laser Clinic 12 times now, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, both Dominique and Natalia were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Their professionalism and friendliness stand out, making every session comfortable and pleasant.

The clinic's atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the staff takes the time to explain each step of the process, which I really appreciate. Dominique and Natalia are not only skilled but also genuinely care about their clients' comfort and satisfaction. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of.

After my appointments with Natalia and Dominique which I can't praise enough, I had an appointment with Kelly, the session felt rushed and didn't feel very comfortable regarding her body language, I had to tell her she was missing some parts, she handed me the glasses and there was make-up on them from previous clients, I didn't feel like it was worth paying my money for this type of unprofessionalism. Five star service from to start to finish. The clinic is centrally located in Plymouth, Drake circus shopping centre. The clinic is always very clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Anca is very welcoming, and professional. I was very nervous the first time, however, Anca reassured me throughout the treatment, making sure I was conformable, talking me through it.
Lamara is wonderful as always as well, she has done my daughter’s underarm laser treatments, with 8 sessions so far and the results are fantastic. I'm actually shocked at how quickly the growth has reduced. I would recommend Plymouth laser clinics to anyone looking for a permanent hair removal solution.
The prices are okay especially if you managed to book the bulky ones 6+ treatments, and they have offers as well! Show less »
