Very informative during both the laser hair removal and facial consultations. Just had my laser session today with Rachel, and I just wanted to say how amazing the experience was. I have always been happy with the results, but Rachel was truly next level. She was so professional, kind, and welcoming, and she made the entire session feel incredibly comfortable and smooth.

Very disappointing experience last Friday. The clinic wasn’t busy at all—there were three staff members including the manager, and I was the only customer. Surprisingly, the manager did my Brazilian and underarm laser and the whole treatment took only about 4 minutes. Very disappointing experience last Friday. The clinic wasn’t busy at all—there were three staff members including the manager, and I was the only customer. Surprisingly, the manager did my Brazilian and underarm laser and the whole treatment took only about 4 minutes. I even checked the timestamps because I previously had the same rushed experience with her.

I understand if the clinic is busy, but that wasn’t the case. I travel from PL6 to PL1 for these appointments, so it’s frustrating to be on the bed for only a few minutes when I still have 6 sessions left and hair is still growing.

On the positive side, Rachel and Noemia are excellent technicians—they are thorough and do the laser properly. I highly recommend booking with them.

Another concern is hygiene. The laser safety glasses had visible fingerprints on the lenses, which suggests they’re not being cleaned regularly. 🤮

The clinic offers good value for money, but the experience really depends on who performs your treatment.

As you can see from their website, Brazilian and underarm laser treatment should last about 15 minutes. Show less »

Has left me with more hair than before. Pale olive skin, dark brown hair. I've done between 10 and 15 full body laser hair removal sessions here and I've ended up with more hair which is obviously distressing. I kept being told to buy more and more and keep going. Massively waste of money in the 4 figures. I previously had laser at a more expensive clinic... Show more »

I previously had laser at a more expensive clinic with a medically trained practitioner for a small specific area and that has worked incredibly well. Wanted to treat full body which was too expensive there so took a risk and changed to this clinic and worst decision I could have ever made.

Also had treatment for a small vascular vein which returned repeatedly after again being told I needed more sessions and then finally being told it wouldn't work for me. Show less »

Anca is very welcoming, and professional. I was very nervous the first time, however, Anca reassured me throughout the treatment, making sure I was conformable, talking me through it.
Lamara is wonderful as always as well, she has done my daughter’s underarm laser treatments, with 8 sessions so far and the results are fantastic. I'm actually shocked at how quickly the growth has reduced. I would recommend Plymouth laser clinics to anyone looking for a permanent hair removal solution.
The prices are okay especially if you managed to book the bulky ones 6+ treatments, and they have offers as well! Show less »
