Emma is brilliant. I was a little (a lot) anxious when I arrived as I have not had fillers before but she understands and puts you at ease very quickly. All I can say is that she was really good in explaining all the things I need to know about fillers, the actual procedure and the possible side effects, but most importantly she made sure that I was comfortable with everything. I booked in with Lauren for my lip filler and from the first contact with her she was very professional. On arrival Lauren took me through the process and kept stopping to check in with me to see I was okay at each step. Once finished, I was able to check to see if I had the desired look and I absolutely loved my lips! They were even better than I imagined....

The aftercare here was the best I’ve had too, my lips slightly bruised but I bruise every time and Lauren checked in with my on a regular basis to see how I was getting on which I loved. I feel Lauren really loves what she does and you can see that by the work she produces. I’d definitely recommend!

I’ve been here a couple of times for lip fillers and so have many people I’m close friends with. The most amazing service always comes out looking perfect. Sara always on hand to help with after care and any advice. Always made sure I am feeling comfortable when I’m there. So professional and incredibly talented, couldn’t recommend her enough.
