I got my lip filler done here last year by Sarah Cheeney (the director) and honestly it was such a bad experience👎🏻 She says she’s got 13 years in the industry but the whole was rushed, it literally took about 10 minutes to do my lips. She was really heavy-handed too and didn’t check in once to see if I was okay or needed a break. I was in pain and felt really uncomfortable the whole time.
I explained to her exactly what I wanted and where I wanted the filler to go, but she completely missed the mark, I wonder why? Was it perhaps intentional? The volume ended up in all the wrong places and my lips looked awful. I had to get them dissolved not long after because I couldn’t even go out feeling like that. It honestly really affected how I felt about myself for a while.

Looking back, I wish I’d taken someone with me as a witness because I didn’t feel supported or listened to. I personally do not recommend this place unless you have someone with you. I go somewhere else now and it’s been so much better. Show less »

Pure Perfection is as it’s called. All the team are so accommodating in a non fussy way. They keep their clinical professionalism at the highest level of competence supported by their knowledge and most recent research. Their advice at all times is in the best interest of their client. I felt that there was no pressure only support and understanding making it a relaxed consultation and treatment.

I went for a facial and Profhilo. Unfortunately, it did feel like I was being given a sales pitch for most of the session so it wasn’t as much of a treat experience at all. I was then moved to another lady, for the Profhilo, that felt very rushed ..and again there was a sales pitch involved which was the basis of our conversation. It was too much. I understa... I was then moved to another lady, for the Profhilo, that felt very rushed ..and again there was a sales pitch involved which was the basis of our conversation. It was too much. I understand that products need to be sold and recommended, but I won’t be returning to this clinic again for that reason. My experience did feel very much like I was being looked down upon/judged that I don’t use the brand they recommend. I felt very much squeezed in and shuffle along. Disappointing. Show less »
