On entering the clinic I was greeted by the lovely cheerful Clinic Co-ordinator Tracey. I was having treatment with Patricia who is such a friendly & reassuring practitioner, I was apprehensive and she totally put me at my ease. Pure Perfection is as it’s called. All the team are so accommodating in a non fussy way. They keep their clinical professionalism at the highest level of competence supported by their knowledge and most recent research. Their advice at all times is in the best interest of their client. Their advice at all times is in the best interest of their client.
I am writing this review as all of the above helped me understand more about my treatment.
I felt that there was no pressure only support and understanding making it a relaxed consultation and treatment.

I went for a facial and Profhilo. Unfortunately, it did feel like I was being given a sales pitch for most of the session so it wasn’t as much of a treat experience at all. I was then moved to another lady, for the Profhilo, that felt very rushed ..and again there was a sales pitch involved which was the basis of our conversation. It was too much. I understa... I was then moved to another lady, for the Profhilo, that felt very rushed ..and again there was a sales pitch involved which was the basis of our conversation. It was too much. I understand that products need to be sold and recommended, but I won’t be returning to this clinic again for that reason. My experience did feel very much like I was being looked down upon/judged that I don’t use the brand they recommend. I felt very much squeezed in and shuffle along. Disappointing. Show less »
