Getting any sort of cosmetic procedure ‘done’ is always going to be something extremely personal. I spoke to a number of different people before I found Sarah, and I am so thankful I did! Not only did sarah completely understand what I wanted and needed, she also made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. I have had both filler and Botox, learnt about skin care, the best products for me, had chemical peels and tried skin needling. It is not hyperbole for me to say that I look younger now then I did 10 years ago, but it’s with such a wonderful subtly that no one could ever tell that I’ve had ‘work’ done! I truly believe that Sarah would never suggest or do anything that would not benefit me- I feel like that I am her complete priority, mentally and physically. This place provides a valuable local service to some people who sorely needed it. My partner used to go to Shropshire to get it done by someone she knew well for Botox and hair extensions and the works. It is nice to know now people can get all the fakoid trimmings up and under the knife locally and at only a hop a skip and jump away. It makes life easier for us all... as some people really need this service and don't want to travel miles on public transport in some cases subjecting us to their general features pre op. A wonderful experience that has really boosted my confidence. I needed a glow up since losing my son so went for Botox, lip and cheek filler. I’m 49 so am realistic in the results. Another fantastic appointment with Abbie; in for my botox top up & under eye polynucleotides (for the first time!). As ever, Abbie was so generous with her time, taking care to explain everything thoroughly & alleviate my concerns. Botox was (as always) pain-free and gently done. The polynucleotides, well - AMAZING! I was worried it might be quite painful & leave me looking a bit battered, but NO! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at The Skin Cleaning! I came in initially quite hesitant, especially about Botox, as I had a bad experience in the past with droopy eyelids and migraines for days. As a person who is terrified of needles, I was very hesitant to have any work done on my face. Kate has been treating me for over a year now and while I still don’t like needles I feel extremely confident and reassured with Kate doing various treatments such as Botox and fillers. The difference is quite amazing and has been very subtle so no one really notices initially but after time the compliments flood in.

I’ve never had any aesthetics procedures before so I was a bit worried about having Botox treatment, however after struggling with sweating; I’d looked into having hyperhidrosis, found Cheryl and gave it a go! I’m so glad I did because Cheryl was so lovely. She reassured me throughout the treatment, consistently checked in with me and explained everything throughly. It was a very quick treatment and there was no pain, just slight discomfort at points. I’m so so happy with the results!
