Admittedly my 3rd review - I am adjusting as my experience goes on. Previous reviews acknowledged that the person I saw was nice and had something to tell me but had admitted to me she knew nothing about either my condition or the drugs used to treat it. I had specifically checked this would be an appropriate consult to book in advance with a clear outline of my situation. Since then, upon deciding to actually complain about having been mislead and having wasted money and cancelling clients to attend an appointment, I have been consistently fobbed off and no-one has answered me in any direct way other than to say contact us directly - I have done so at least twice and nothing from it. Worst customer service ever. I would absolutely not return to this clinic, nor would I trust them to advise me reasonably. If Skin Clinic sees this, no, I do not want to contact you again to be put in a black hole. If you want to deal with this, reach out in a way that is not me emailing a central address and take steps to assure that my complaint is addressed adequately. Show less »

Kathryn is so lovely and very knowledgable about all things laser hair removal. She is very welcoming and was happy to answer all my questions and talk me through the process making a quite intimidating experience very relaxing!

I have been having microneedling now for 4 months and can definitely see a difference in my skin texture.
Kathryn has always made me feel at ease. In our initial session, she talked me through various options to ensure the treatment plan was right for me. I would recommend!

My experience has been incredible so far, and I am seeing amazing results with my laser hair removal. The staff at Sk:n Cheltenham are very friendly and helpful.

There have been a few times I have had to reschedule my appointment, and they are very helpful and fast to find another time that works.

I have had a very good experience and service at Sk:n, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I would also like to say a massive thank you to the whole Cheltenham team as I was very nervous at the start but as the staff are so friendly and helpful, I now feel comfortable and not nervous anymore. Show less »
