I can't recommend ProSkin highly enough. From my initial consultation through to my follow-up appointment, the whole experience has been fantastic.

The practitioner was incredibly friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which immediately put me at ease. As the treatment was on my face, it was really important to me that the person carrying it out genuinely cared about achieving the best cosmetic result, and that was obvious throughout.

At my follow-up appointment, three of the moles weren't quite as flat as I'd hoped, so the practitioner kindly carried out a complimentary touch-up without hesitation. That level of aftercare and commitment to getting the best possible result really impressed me.

The aftercare advice was excellent and easy to follow, and because of that the healing has gone really well. Most of the treated moles are now virtually invisible, and I'm so pleased with the outcome.

Thank you again for such a professional service and for genuinely caring about your patients and the results you achieve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProSkin to anyone considering cosmetic mole removal. Show less »

So I've waited 7 weeks in order to give an accurate review of my mole removal experience. The mole was on my neck and in an area my beard grows. I'd already had some expensive quotes due to the fact the NHS no longer does this procedure. When I saw the price compared to what I'd already been quoted I thought it was too good to be true. I'd already had some expensive quotes due to the fact the NHS no longer does this procedure. When I saw the price compared to what I'd already been quoted I thought it was too good to be true. This was not the case. I was given Amelia to complete the procedure and from start to finish it went perfectly, exactly how they said. It fully healed within 4 weeks, I can't see it anymore and shaving is not issue again. This place is great :) Show less »

I was feeling quite nervous and having second thoughts before my procedure, but Amelia was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout. I visited ProSkin Clinic & Health UK Ltd again yesterday 05/02/2026, this time for a patch test prior to laser treatment for tattoo removal.
Ashleigh explained everything she was going to do before starting the test, was attentive and careful while treating me, and then emailed me comprehensive aftercare instructions before I left the clinic. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humour which really puts clients at ease. All the staff there are friendly, caring and polite
I've been going to ProSkin for quite a few different treatments for over a year now and, to be honest, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Im very happy to recommend ProSkin Clinic to others who may need any of the treatments they provide.

I had a lovely session today with Victoria. She explained the procedure clearly, applied the numbing gel, and carried out the microneedling. She was warm and friendly, chatting throughout and making me feel completely at ease. The procedure was nearly painless—I didn’t even realise it.

Amelia at Pro skin is so lovely. She is so friendly and professional at the same time. She has been so helpful in tailor making a skin routine for me. I can't wait to get started and see the results. I had 2 pea sized skin tags removed from my bikini area without any anaesthetic and it felt like a lighter was being held to my skin for 30 minutes. The staff are so friendly and kind. However, the pain was unbearable. I had 2 pea sized skin tags removed from my bikini area without any anaesthetic and it felt like a lighter was being held to my skin for 30 minutes. From their website and other people who had similar procedures, I had expected the pain to be minimal with only mild discomfort, like getting a tattoo or laser hair removal. However the pain was much worse. When I spoke up about the pain, I was told that it was okay to scream as the rooms are soundproof. It seemed medieval that I was expected to just clench through the pain without any anaesthetic. If you are getting a skin tag removed that’s larger than just a dot, I would reccomend going somewhere else with doctors, or anywhere licensed to administer local anaesthetic. Show less »

An absolutely fantastic experience at ProSkin Gloucester, from the informative first phonecall through to treatment, everybody was so, so helpful.
The friendly and helpful advice and support initially given on the telephone allowed me to book the correct procedure with no wait time. The very next day I was welcomed into the beautifully recently refurbished clinic and greeted in such a friendly, professional manner - really calming any nerves! The treatment itself was carried out by the lovely Victoria, who was so patient, supportive and reassuring - really easing my body hang ups and the dreadful feeling of self consciousness. She was informative and thorough, and the procedure was exactly as she'd described.
Just started the healing process now and I look forward to returning in 4 weeks for my check up.
