I visited ProSkin Clinic & Health UK Ltd again yesterday 05/02/2026, this time for a patch test prior to laser treatment for tattoo removal. Ashleigh explained everything she was going to do before starting the test, was attentive and careful while treating me, and then emailed me comprehensive aftercare instructions before I left the clinic. I visited ProSkin Clinic & Health UK Ltd again yesterday 05/02/2026, this time for a patch test prior to laser treatment for tattoo removal.
Ashleigh explained everything she was going to do before starting the test, was attentive and careful while treating me, and then emailed me comprehensive aftercare instructions before I left the clinic. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humour which really puts clients at ease. All the staff there are friendly, caring and polite
I've been going to ProSkin for quite a few different treatments for over a year now and, to be honest, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Im very happy to recommend ProSkin Clinic to others who may need any of the treatments they provide.

I had an eye tag on my eyelid, I contacted this clinic about removal. From 1st customer contact to procedure to aftercare they were wonderful and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I had a lovely session today with Victoria. She explained the procedure clearly, applied the numbing gel, and carried out the microneedling. She was warm and friendly, chatting throughout and making me feel completely at ease. The procedure was nearly painless—I didn’t even realise it.

Ive had two appointments with Victoria to remove Seborrheic Keratosis which was extremely itchy. Victoria was welcoming and friendly, explaining the process she was going to use and that some areas maybe more sensitive than others. She was very reassuring and constantly checked with my levels of comfort asking if I needed a break or encouraging me to let her... Show more »

Fantastic experience from start to finish warm welcome the place is spotless and has a chilled atmosphere. Had laser treatment removal with Kathryn she explained everything in full was a painless and professional service. I would definitely recommend.

Amelia at Pro skin is so lovely. She is so friendly and professional at the same time. She has been so helpful in tailor making a skin routine for me. I can't wait to get started and see the results. The staff are so friendly and kind. However, the pain was unbearable. I had 2 pea sized skin tags removed from my bikini area without any anaesthetic and it felt like a lighter was being held to my skin for 30 minutes. From their website and other people who had similar procedures, I had expected the pain to be minimal with only mild discomfort, like getting... Show more »
The staff are so friendly and kind. However, the pain was unbearable. I had 2 pea sized skin tags removed from my bikini area without any anaesthetic and it felt like a lighter was being held to my skin for 30 minutes. From their website and other people who had similar procedures, I had expected the pain to be minimal with only mild discomfort, like getting a tattoo or laser hair removal. However the pain was much worse. When I spoke up about the pain, I was told that it was okay to scream as the rooms are soundproof. It seemed medieval that I was expected to just clench through the pain without any anaesthetic. If you are getting a skin tag removed that’s larger than just a dot, I would reccomend going somewhere else with doctors, or anywhere licensed to administer local anaesthetic. Show less »

Really good experience at ProSkin Gloucester, friendly staff and very efficient service at reasonable cost. Would highly recommend for skin care needs, including lesion removals, which was the reason for my visit. Victoria was so lovely! She explained the treatment beautifully and put me at ease then performed it quickly and efficiently. She also was super helpful in answering some questions about other treatments. I will definitely be booking again

An absolutely fantastic experience at ProSkin Gloucester, from the informative first phonecall through to treatment, everybody was so, so helpful.
The friendly and helpful advice and support initially given on the telephone allowed me to book the correct procedure with no wait time. The very next day I was welcomed into the beautifully recently refurbished clinic and greeted in such a friendly, professional manner - really calming any nerves! The treatment itself was carried out by the lovely Victoria, who was so patient, supportive and reassuring - really easing my body hang ups and the dreadful feeling of self consciousness. She was informative and thorough, and the procedure was exactly as she'd described.
Just started the healing process now and I look forward to returning in 4 weeks for my check up.
Thank you to the whole ProSkin Gloucester team! I would 100% recommend! Show less »
