After thorough research intending to find a reputable piercer, I booked for my daughter to have a nostril piercing with Katie. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and directed to a seating area. Once called, Katie was very attentive and began the appointment by allowing my daughter to pick her jewellery, advising her on the most compatible with her anatomy. After choosing her jewellery, Katie kindly offered my daughter a sensory toy as a distraction, explaining that it helps divert adrenaline and thus could make the piercing a less painful experience and made sure she was at ease throughout the whole appointment! Katie was really lovely and explained every single step from the preparation process to the actual piercing, emphasising the importance of aftercare. Despite thorough verbal instructions, we were given 2 cards that went into extensive detail about how to care for the piercing which covered every question you could possibly think of and stating if we needed further help we could contact them at any time. Furthermore, it is evident that cleanliness is paramount and the customer service was outstanding.
