First of all, the clinic is absolutely beautiful and so hygienic and clean. I felt so at ease once I entered the clinic. I visited Dr MJ for dissolving and she really got rid of the last bits of my stubborn filler that i wanted to get rid of. I visited Dr MJ for dissolving and she really got rid of the last bits of my stubborn filler that i wanted to get rid of. She is so precise and does a full ultrasound and then shows you exactly where the filler is via the ultrasound screen and how long the filler pocket is. She then did a targeted, very precise dissolving, only on the areas where filler was present which was so skilled and precise. She also has such a great amount of knowledge and answered all my questions with honesty and expertise. Dr MJ is such a kind person who helps people everyday. Her admin/reception staff are also so friendly and kind and great at getting back to you when you have a medical question! I’m always nervous about calling clinic receptionists, as not every clinic has a kind voice on the other end. I wish more clinics were like this, as it makes your overall patient experience and journey so smooth and stress free. This makes me want to go back soon, for some skin treatment. Thank you. What a lovely friendly atmosphere at the Bold Street Clinic.
Firstly, the reception staff made me feel like I’d known them all my life, they were so friendly welcoming and funny.
Then I met Dr Paul, who made me feel relaxed, calm, and confident to have my treatment.

I have visited the clinic on a number of occasions and have been always greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, while attending the clinic on one occasion I had a consultation with Dr Paul regarding a previous lip filler procedure which had gone wrong (filler had migrated above my top lip line). Myself and Dr Paul discussed ways in which this could be corrected, Dr Paul was professional and confident that he could improve the shape of my lips and listening to his knowledge and viewing photographs of previous work on lip correction, I was confident I was in the right hands. When I came to clinic for my appointment for the lip correction, I felt at ease and was reassured throughout the whole process. I have never been happier with the end result, it has given me confidence to smile on photographs again and taught me to always research who you allow to put filler on your face. Super pleased with my treatment of Natalie today. I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed to give me the look I desired but Natalie put me completely at ease, talked me through everything she thought I needed to get the look that I wanted in an in depth consultation.
The treatments themselves were super comfortable, I had 3 areas of toxin & 4ml of filler placed perfectly throughout the middle part of my face including my nose. This has given me a gorgeous fresh look, plumping out my cheeks giving me volume that I had lost, as well as some definition & lifted my nose slightly. So impressed with the results already & can’t wait to see the end result on my follow up appointment! Thanks again Natalie! I have had such a great experience with Dr Amy Law at her clinic in Liverpool. From the moment I arrived, everything felt really welcoming and professional. The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and has a really calm atmosphere which instantly put me at ease.

Dr Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to talk everything through properly. She listened to what I wanted, gave honest advice, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

I’ve had both Botox and lip filler treatments with her and I’m honestly so happy with the results. The Botox looks really natural, just a fresher, more relaxed version of me, and the lip filler is exactly what I wanted, it's subtle, balanced and really well done. She has such a good eye for detail.

The whole experience was smooth from start to finish and I felt completely safe in her hands. If anyone is looking for a highly skilled, professional and friendly aesthetics doctor in Liverpool, I couldn’t recommend Dr Amy Law enough. Show less »

She listened to my concerns, provided all the options but respected my choice which was much appreciated. She made me feel good about myself at a time when my self confidence is low and most importantly did a great job with my chin filler. It didn't hurt at all and looks fantastic. It really has improved my self esteem. I feel like I've found my safe space and trust her expertise. Look forward to returning time and time again over the years.
