I went today for lip fillers at Azthetics with Dr. Tom, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. After years of going to two other practitioners who left my lips overfilled, looking uneven and unnatural, I had to dissolve everything and start over. From the moment I met Dr. Tom, I felt completely at ease. He was incredibly kind, explained every step clearly, and answered all my questions with so much patience.
Even though the final results will take a little time to settle, I already love how my lips look. For the first time, I truly feel confident that they will turn out exactly the way I’ve always wanted. Dr. Tom is a true professional who goes above and beyond to make the whole process an exceptional experience, unlike anything I’ve ever had before.

I have very tiny lips, and so I wanted 1 ml of filler. I was also aware of the pain lip filler can cause, as I have done it previously in different places. However, Dr Alex's advice was not to have 1ml, as it would be too much in my case, instead start with 0.5 ml. The procedure was quick, and I had a little to no pain. I rarely write reviews, but Sacha truly deserves the recognition, she’s one of the best in the business. Over two years ago, I had lip filler at a different clinic and was so disappointed that I swore I’d never have it done again. However, after hearing consistently glowing reviews about Sacha and Fake It, I decided to give it another go in January 2024 and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I arrived, everything was explained clearly and professionally. I absolutely loved the results of my lip filler, and it completely changed my opinion of the treatment. I returned today for jaw filler and Botox, and once again, Sacha talked me through every step of the process. She even allowed me to use the remaining product from my jaw filler to give my lips a little top-up!

Sacha is genuinely kind and clearly passionate about helping her clients achieve their ideal look. I prefer a more subtle, natural result, and she respected that completely, delivering exactly what I was hoping for.

went in for 0.5ml lip filler, Sacha was sooo kind and helpful especially since i have a really bad phobia of needles 😵‍💫 she was absolutely amazing at being gentle, calming and didn’t rush through anything at all. she also made sure to give me absolutely all the information I needed regarding the treatment and the aftercare- she even included a bag with products to help with the healing process. You can tell she really cares about her clients. A few days after my appointment and my lips are of course still a little swollen but looking super nice !!!!!
