I went for a removal of 5 moles on my abdomen the procedure went smoothly Mr Ives was very professional and competent I would recommend. Staff are generally very friendly and welcoming.

Very impressive service and good value. Very efficient booking staff that call to double check you can make the appt, together with an impressive consultation with Mat Ives who clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

I had a cyst removed, the surgery team were really good. Part of the wound reopened and required antibiotics, but this happened a week after the surgery so it may be that I wasn't careful enough with my movement.
The 3 stars are because of the marketing. An uncomplicated cyst is listed as "from £500". I paid £750, I asked if my cyst was considered complex or large and was told no, the standard rate for a cyst was £750. This is very frustrating as there's no way to know this without paying £75 for the surgeon's consultancy.
Furthermore, after the surgery had happened I was advised that £750 does not include aftercare. I was instead advised to go to the NHS to have stitches removed, or in my case trimmed, because they were dissolvable. I felt very uncomfortable about this, and frustrated that I had to use the time and resources of the NHS despite going private. Show less »

Very impressed with the clinic, all the staff I encountered and especially the surgeon Mr. Matt Ives and his assistant who did a remarkable, quick and completely painless cyst removal. I felt completely at ease and any anxiety I had melted away the moment I stepped into their treatment room. I would highly recommend them.
