Went to the clinic with great enthusiasm. I had seen that there were many positive reviews on Google. To my great surprise, the whole treatment lasted 5 minutes for two different areas. To my great surprise, the whole treatment lasted 5 minutes for two different areas. I have already had laser done on these areas several times, but never like this – they literally used only a few pulses on each area. I was shocked... Naturally, today the hair has grown back in patches. This amuses me to some extent, because I look like a leopard, but on the other hand it annoys me that I paid money for this.

From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and checked in with me throughout the session. She was incredibly professional but also genuinely caring, which made a huge difference. Every time Vaiva does my laser treatment she does an absolutely perfect job. Amazing care, attention to detail, super well educated and informed, and a lovely person to have a chat with. Definitely my favourite clinic and therapist

Kaliyah is super kind and talkative. Whenever I have her laser me she’s very bubbly and cheerful! She’s smiley on the desk and always likes to help. Would recommend this laser clinics as all their staff are trained and professional! I can see significant changes to my hair growth (basically got no more growth) and I’m super happy with my results.

Honestly, she’s hands down one of the best laser hair therapists I’ve ever had and I’ve had laser done in the UK, Malaysia, and Spain, so I’ve been to quite a few places! 😂 Vaiva really knows her stuff and she understands exactly what settings to use for my skin and hair type, explains everything clearly, and the results have been incredible! ✨

Just after a few sessions with Vaiva my “stubborn” hairs have actually stopped growing ☺️Now I just go for maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything is!

She’s not only super knowledgeable but also so precise and thorough. She never rushes, always double-checks that everything’s perfect, and even helps remove any stray hairs if needed. I really can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best results for them. ☺️

I’ve had a great experience at Laser Clinics so far! Nat is amazing - she has gone out of her way to give extra advice and made me feel really comfortable throughout the sessions. Communication is great too, which made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!

I would also love to mention that I'm usually with Alicja for my appointments and she is nothing short of fantastic! Super attentive, proffesional and just a lovely person in general. She's amazing to talk to and makes you feel comfortable during the treatment, answering any questions I might have and checking in to make sure everything is fine.😊
