Mixed review here; from a competency basis, Dr Zafra is 5 stars and gets the work done to a high standard. Dr Zafra helped me with a few issues and explained things thoroughly. He was patient and knowledgable. I did find him quite pushy however in terms of recommending extra treatments that were separate to my enquiry (more than once).

He was patient and knowledgable. I did find him quite pushy however in terms of recommending extra treatments that were separate to my enquiry (more than once).
The reason for 2 stars is the general experience; the admin team have a disgusting attitude. My appointment was changed without warning and emails/ calls aren’t returned. I politely mentioned this to them via WhatsApp and there wasn’t an apology/ acknowledgement, only advice that they’d change the appointment date again and book me back in.
I had a query, to which I was told I needed to spend £250 for a consultation (despite already spending nearly £400) and my query would’ve taken 1-2 minutes on the phone.
If you just look at some of the reviews here that aren’t rated 5*, they’re argued with as opposed to customer care handled. The arrogance displayed matches my experience when talking with them (no apology for changing dates/ not replying to emails etc). Whilst people aren’t after extreme politeness, just basic courtesy and manners are expected (whether it’s a business or not), and I’ve not felt this (except from Dr Zafra himself).
I don’t think the admin team reflect Dr Zafra’s experience and capability, yet everything must be taken into account. There are many people in professions like this and I wouldn’t advise to bother with anyone who doesn’t treat you with basic, common courtesy.
