Fantastic experience with Zafra Medical getting a benign skin lesion removed from the corner of my eye. Free Consultation was very informative with Dr Zafra letting me know what to expect and answering all questions that I had. I had a really positive experience and can’t recommend this clinic enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled in such a professional and welcoming way. The practitioner was incredibly patient, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt completely comfortable and reassured throughout.

They were very knowledgeable and informative, answering all my questions and making sure I understood every step. I never felt rushed, and their calm and friendly approach really put me at ease.

The whole experience felt very professional from start to finish, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled practitioner. Show less »

Several friends had previously recommended Zafra Medical for mole removal and BSL treatment. After making an initial appointment and subsequently having a facial mole removed, after it healed you couldn’t see where it had been at all - I was so happy with that result that I returned two months later to have four additional moles and a BSL removed.

Dr Zafra is incredibly kind and professional, and immediately puts you at ease throughout the entire process. The aftercare is always thoughtful, thorough, and unhurried. The clinic at Litfield Place is beautifully presented, and the reception staff are always welcoming and professional.

I would always recommend Zafra Medical to friends and colleagues and am thrilled with the results. It was 100% worth the investment. Show less »

My experience with Dr Zafra was he is incredibly professional, understanding and patient. He explained everything with great detail as I asked a lot of questions. Amazing service from the first communication to the aftercare. I had a free consultation with Dr Zafra and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of information about the concerns I had. Answered every question with patience and advised on what would be the best solution.

I had treatment from Zafra Medical few years back, i noticed some pigments coming back from my Mole recently.I messaged Zafra Medical to have it removed. There was no problems whatsoever as he said ita a life time guarantee. Great customer service and i would always recommend and trust him with any future Medical treatment.

I had two moles removed from my face here. Dr. Zafra explained everything clearly about how the procedure works. It’s still healing, but I can already see little to no scarring, which looks much better than the moles themselves. I highly recommend Dr. Zafra—especially since he is a qualified doctor and really knows what he’s doing.

Dr zafra is excellent at what he does, very quick, does a great job and provides excellent service. I can assure you that you are in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and got rid of two moles that had been a source of insecurity so thank you!

Started with an in depth consultation about my treatment. Offered excellent advice and information. I felt looked after from start to finish. Included a checkup appointment after to monitor results. I highly recommend

Mixed review here; from a competency basis, Dr Zafra is 5 stars and gets the work done to a high standard. Dr Zafra helped me with a few issues and explained things thoroughly. He was patient and knowledgable. I did find him quite pushy however in terms of recommending extra treatments that were separate to my enquiry (more than once). The reason for 2 stars... Show more »

The reason for 2 stars is the general experience; the admin team have a disgusting attitude. My appointment was changed without warning and emails/ calls aren’t returned. I politely mentioned this to them via WhatsApp and there wasn’t an apology/ acknowledgement, only advice that they’d change the appointment date again and book me back in.
I had a query, to which I was told I needed to spend £250 for a consultation (despite already spending nearly £400) and my query would’ve taken 1-2 minutes on the phone.

If you just look at some of the reviews here that aren’t rated 5*, they’re argued with as opposed to customer care handled. The arrogance displayed matches my experience when talking with them (no apology for changing dates/ not replying to emails etc). Whilst people aren’t after extreme politeness, just basic courtesy and manners are expected (whether it’s a business or not), and I’ve not felt this (except from Dr Zafra himself).

I don’t think the admin team reflect Dr Zafra’s experience and capability, yet everything must be taken into account. There are many people in professions like this and I wouldn’t advise to bother with anyone who doesn’t treat you with basic, common courtesy.

Dr Zafra was great when I wanted a mole removing. He made me feel very comfortable, he was very knowledgable and he understood the results I was hoping for. I had some pigment come back after the area had healed, and in the follow up he removed this for me which was great. I recommend Zafra Medical.
