Upfront, put my minor nerves at ease in an instant and I absolutely love the results so far! My main wish was that everything looks natural, whilst a little enhanced and she's nailed it. I’ve also had fillers in my cheeks and tear trough which she’s is absolutely perfect at!

She is the queen of lips and mine look perfect even without makeup

I’ve recently had my eyes fox threaded and this I adore!

She will tell you exactly what you need but always be fair and realistic

I also have a tendency to get very nervous but she is such a beautiful human being inside and out that I feel so comfortable with her

I don’t even live in Birmingham anymore but the 1.5 hour drive is totally worth it

So I had my fillers and Botox done by Ana and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She does everything so carefully and professionally you can really tell she is a perfectionist in the best possible way. She takes her time, explains everything, and makes sure the results look natural and flawless.

I also had my eyebrows done by Karolina and I was absolutely shocked at how good they turned out. The shape and colour are perfect and suit my face so well i had so many compliments. And cant wait for the top up.

She was kind, honest and offered great advice to alternative skin care available at the practice

Throughout my procedure that day I was completely relaxed whilst Dr. Murcott kept me fully informed regarding my treatment and constantly checked to see if I remained comfortable.

Michelle is simply brilliant. She listens to what you want then spends time talking to you and discussing what can be achieved and the process involved to achieve those all important results. Michelle creates a very relaxed atmosphere and with her knowledge and friendly calming approach we have managed to ‘iron out’ most of my wrinkles and crinkles leaving a very natural youthful appearance.
I felt very at ease from the first time I went for a consultation and everything is logged and recorded with photos of before and after shots so you can see the difference yourself immediately afterwards when Michelle puts both photos together.
I have been many times now for fillers, Botox, lip enhancements and every single time you come out feeling a million dollars.
This lady certainly knows her stuff and it’s the only place for me now - and I’m a very difficult person to please!!
