I’ve been seeing Tom for a few years now—I even travel from Peterborough! He’s amazing with my balayage, and it always grows out really nicely, so it’s super low maintenance. I honestly love how my hair looks every time I leave the salon.

Completely fried my hair just to make it uneven and orange. The hairdresser is incompetent and refused to take accountability. He argued that my hair looked nice, was done correctly and is not damaged. Photos speak for themselves… I’m also unable to leave a negative review on Fresha. Absolutely devastated. Came in for a regular cut and colour with Tom who's been doing my hair here for at least 2 years now. Excellent as always - from my experience Tom is very good with women's hair (I think my hair is type 1c or 2b). The cut and style is always very good and the colour is vibrant and holds its colour well between toner appointments, but it's also easy to top up the dye at home if I have to. I never feel rushed at the salon and the small premises is comfortable and nicely decorated and easy to find. Always worth the trip to the Jewellery Quarter. For hair appointments everything is level access (I haven't used the other services so don't know if that's true throughout the salon, though the bathroom is on the same level). I came to Lumi after dissolving my lips from someone else as they kept migrating and being over filled. I am so happy with the results and the kindness and customer service I received from Nora. She’s so lovely and she knows what she’s doing, she’s very educated and I trust her with fillers after having a long journey of dissolving and refilling for 12 month... Show more »

This was my first time getting lip filler so I was a little nervous for obvious reasons. Nora welcomed me and talked me through the procedure, the clinic was beautiful might I add. She took her time with the injections and talked me through everything before and during the injections to ensure I was happy. When finished she touched up my lips where necessary and really focused on the shape, taking her time. She made me feel so comfortable and I am 100% confident to go back to her as my lips look amazing! I am so so pleased. You can definitely tell Nora has been doing this for years as her service is professional, friendly and also with amazing results. She should be proud of her business. Brilliant outstanding results on lip filler, was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. The final results amazing would highly recommend. Clean professional premise’s. Will have all future treatments here. Nora is amazing.
