This was my first time getting lip filler so I was a little nervous for obvious reasons. Nora welcomed me and talked me through the procedure, the clinic was beautiful might I add. She took her time with the injections and talked me through everything before and during the injections to ensure I was happy. When finished she touched up my lips where necessary and really focused on the shape, taking her time. She made me feel so comfortable and I am 100% confident to go back to her as my lips look amazing! I am so so pleased. You can definitely tell Nora has been doing this for years as her service is professional, friendly and also with amazing results. She should be proud of her business. I came to Lumi after dissolving my lips from someone else as they kept migrating and being over filled. I am so happy with the results and the kindness and customer service I received from Nora.
