She addressed concerns before I even had to ask. Being new to fillers, I was quite nervous as I see so many over the top faces these days, but I could not imagine a more responsible aesthetician than Emma. I cannot rate Natalie highly enough - she made the whole experience of getting lip filler for the 1st time so easy and I was not stressed at all despite my fear of needles. What an amazing job - my lips look incredible and only on day 2 of healing - the swelling has gone down already. Cannot wait to see how they are when they are fully healed. Having slightly fuller lips has taken about 10 years off my appearance! They look super natural though - I'm delighted. Would trust her with any future procedures - she's amazing. :-)

As a person who's scared of needles and pain, I never thought I'd be able to get any aesthetic procedures done. However, Gillian at Ardcroft Medical Clinic made me feel totally at ease, and ensured it was as pain free as possible - I'm no longer scared of needles. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my fillers, botox and skin procedures. Gillian is very professional and honest. Absolutely no pressure, and all procedures are talked through with me, as well as any side effects I may encounter. Gillian has also overseen my weightloss journey, and I can't thank her enough.
