Was on phone from 4.15 pm waiting in que, being told I was second in que, then when I went down to 1st in que at 4.45 the call was cut and I was told the practice had now closed, despite it stating that it closed at 5.00pm. Was on phone from 4.15 pm waiting in que, being told I was second in que, then when I went down to 1st in que at 4.45 the call was cut and I was told the practice had now closed, despite it stating that it closed at 5.00pm. Extremely unprofessional and extremely angry to be left hanging for half an hour only to be cut off, obviously was Friday and near end of day so decided my call wasn't worth taking and could be left till Monday. Well this is final straw as had issues with the standard of work and time taken to complete work. Safe to say this is not the standard of professionalism I once experienced with this practice. I visited Hallcraig Dental Care after losing my front crown and also requiring root treatment on one of my front teeth. I can honestly say that the treatment I received was first class from the moment I entered the practice. I visited Hallcraig Dental Care after losing my front crown and also requiring root treatment on one of my front teeth. I can honestly say that the treatment I received was first class from the moment I entered the practice. Donna at reception was very friendly, Ian the dentist and Abbie the dental nurse both put me at ease from the time I entered the surgery.
