I had aligners with enhance dental surgery and I would say my experience was good throughout. I had an issue with miss communication on my virtual consultation but it was resolved in the end! I had my first lot of retainers but I wasn’t happy and they managed to get me another set and I’m so happy with the results! Thankyou to the team you are all so kind 😌

After being told by my regular dentist that I needed composite bonding and aligners due to teeth grinding and worn teeth, I sought a second opinion from a specialist dentist, who recommended exactly the same treatment.
Concerned by the lack of a detailed treatment proposal and the slow response when I requested a full cost breakdown by both dentist I decided to visit EDS for another opinion.
What a difference! After listening to my concerns and carrying out a thorough examination, the dentist advised that I have a perfect bite and did not need aligners or composite bonding.
They’re honest, put them out of a job, but it gave me great confidence in their professionalism and integrity.
I left reassured and extremely impressed. I would highly recommend EDS for their professional, friendly, and honest advice. Show less »

From start to finish this has been the best experience I've ever had at a Dental Surgery. I'm extremely anxious and Eddie & his team were calming, professional and personable. This is my 1 year review of my implants. Everything is as good as the day I finished the procedure. I cannot recommend EDS enough.

I was recommended Enhanced Dentistry in Crawley for two implants. This meant a 90 mile round trip but i was willing to give it a go. Dr Eddie took me thoroughly through the treatment plan for my implants, the expectations and results. 6 months later i could not be happier with the results. Dr Eddie is so passionate about his work, he took time to explain and draw diagrams, he even followed up after my surgery with text messages to ensure all was well. Very unprofessional service, I would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

I had an appointment booked for a chemical peel consultation as I was interested in a deep peel. During my previous visit I paid £50, which they also confirmed in their records.

On the day of my next appointment, they called me only 30 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel. I had already taken a day off work to attend. During the call they also said that if I wanted to have the treatment done now, it would cost £300, which was completely different from what I had previously discussed.

The whole situation felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. No proper explanation was given and nothing was offered to compensate for cancelling at such short notice.

The staff member on the phone sounded rude and uninterested, giving very robotic responses without any empathy or effort to resolve the issue. It really felt like they simply don’t care about their customers or their reputation.

What really stood out was how Daniella handled everything. She genuinely listened, took all my concerns on board, and went above and beyond, even organising postage for me when needed, so save me a trip. She was fair, honest, and always willing to think outside the box to find solutions, which is something that now days is difficult to find.

The end result is a healthy, straight smile and white teeth, and I’m very happy. I’m not the easiest customer, so that says a lot. Thank you, Daniella and the team. Show less »

Enhance dental did an amazing job on my mum. My mum needed extensive work with multiple implants and dentures. The work took over 18 months with multiple visits and the entire practise were friendly, warm but above all, took care of my mother so well. The owner (Dr. Edwin Ramini) of the practise is a highly skilled dentist and would highly recommend!
Dr. Raminii also looked after my father for a while and was extremely helpful and would state that he is a specialist in all fields of dentistry.

I can't recommend Eddie enough! I needed a dental implant and had contacted several other specialists in the area, all of whom had no availability for several weeks. After searching for a dentist with excellent Google reviews, I found Eddie, and he truly lived up to the hype.
From the start, accessibility was a huge plus. He was able to see me pretty quickly for a consultation to discuss treatment options. What really set him apart was his approach to my implant procedure; he was confident he could do a great job without a CT scan. He also answered all my questions patiently and confidently, which was very reassuring.
The entire process was incredibly smooth. He performed the dental extraction and implant in one sitting, and it was so perfectly done that all I needed was a paracetamol for just one evening—nothing after that! This speaks volumes about his skill. I also really valued that he handled the crown himself, ensuring continuity of care rather than passing it on to someone else.
Throughout my treatment over the last nine months, he was fantastic at keeping me informed, always letting me know what to expect. His calm and confident demeanor was incredibly reassuring. Plus, he was completely upfront about the total cost of the implant, and it was very convenient to be able to pay in two installments.
If you're looking for a skilled, transparent, and confident dentist who provides exceptional care from start to finish, I would 100 percent recommend Eddie! Show less »
