He really listens to what you want, gives honest advice, and the results always look natural and subtle rather than overdone. The whole experience feels calm, welcoming, and genuinely tailored to you.

I had been considering skin boosters and Botox for a while, and after doing some research, I came across Dr. Clare and I’m so glad I did! From the very first consultation, she was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain both the pros and cons of each treatment, went over potential side effects, and even provided useful information to take home.

What I appreciated most was her honesty, she gave genuine advice about whether a treatment would truly benefit me rather than just trying to sell me something. In the end, I decided to go for a bit of Botox and Profhilo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The procedure itself was virtually painless, and I experienced minimal bruising, swelling, or redness afterward.

The aftercare was excellent, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Clare to anyone considering aesthetic treatments-she is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I can’t wait to return for future treatments :) Show less »

Dr Yiannis is absolutely lovely. I really appreciated the hour long consultation as it gave me ample time to ask questions and he went through all the different treatment options with me. He’s great at explaining everything and shows you loads of pictures: it’s like having a super knowledgeable friend. We agreed on Profhilo and anti-wrinkle injections as I wanted to look less worried and grumpy and more glowy. I am really thrilled. I think I look just like myself but after an expensive facial and 8 hours sleep! Last year, I had anti wrinkle injections with a doctor that lots of celebs go to; it was fine but the whole thing felt rushed (20 minute appointment for consultation and treatment) and the result just wasn’t as natural or balanced. Dr Yiannis is a great listener and takes into account the results you would like, as well as being skilled with facial anatomy. If (like I was) you are nervous or on the fence about whether to get anything done, he is friendly and non-judgemental, and there was no pressure to have any treatment at all. I visited the Banhidy Clinic today and honestly from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience.

I had Norbert as my injector for Profhilo on my face and I have never been made to feel more at ease to get a treatment before. Norbert made me feel so comfortable, he was incredibly informative, made the injections feel like a walk in the park with very minimal pain, explained the procedure and after care thoroughly and checked in on me regularly to see if I was okay and if I needed anything.

The clinic itself is located in the heart of Pall Mall, it was easy to find on maps, just a short walk from the tube and in prime location. Also a great spot of sightseeing on your journey into the clinic.

From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted with a warm smile and walked down to the waiting room, it was so gorgeous in there and spotless throughout…so clean you could eat off the floor! I was offered a refreshment before we started, and the room was the perfect temperature for such a hot day. Making me perfectly comfortable for my treatment.

I cannot recommend the Banhidy Clinic, and especially Norbert & Francis enough! Whether you’re travelling into London or live here already I can hand on heart say it was worth the visit and worth travelling from all over just to have the delightful experience they offer. Also their communication through social media was so professional and made me excited to come and check out what they’re all about.

He is truly an exceptional surgeon and has been so caring and generous with his time throughout all of my follow up appointments and over the last year and a half. He takes the time to understand his patients and what will really make them happy based on their personality. It makes all the difference having a doctor that cares about your well being before, during and post surgery and Dr. Anthony really does make you feel at ease, fully informed and confident about your treatment every step of the way. I would give him 6 stars if I could! If you’re contemplating liposuction or any treatment, you won’t regret choosing him. I’ve also seen him for skin boosters (profhilo) which I loved! Show less »
