Nice staff but found the costs not explained properly before my treatment. I had booked over the phone for laser nail treatment and was told £80 per session and package price. Had my consultation and they couldn’t provide the price but would send it to me which must have gone into my junk. When I attended for the treatment was expecting someone to explain costs before treatment and told reception I didn’t get any prices- hinting I should know before treatment. I went to the waiting area and then was treated. After treatment I was shocked at £240 per session as I had to do both feet and most nails. This is a lot more costly than others inc London, I’ve now gone through insurance. Just feedback that prices should be discussed before treatment as it was a shock to me and confirm this before booking the treatment. Show less »

Lucia is absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring. What really sets her apart is how open she is about her own skin journey. She shares what has and hasn’t worked for her, including helpful advice around diet and lifestyle, so I always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in my skin plan.

The service at Dr.Medispa is truly bespoke. Every visit feels personalised, unhurried, and professional, with high-quality products and exceptional care throughout. I travel just under two hours to get here, and it is 100% worth every mile — the results speak for themselves.

I had my very first Ultraformer session with Kat, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Kat was incredibly informative, taking the time to sit with me for around 20 minutes before the treatment, answering all of my questions in great detail. She even showed me exactly how the Ultraformer machine works and explained the layers it targets beneath the skin, which gave me so much confidence going into the treatment.

Throughout the session, Kat was so attentive—checking in with me frequently and offering lots of encouragement. I felt completely at ease and reassured that I had chosen the right clinic for this treatment.

The reception team also deserve a mention for being so welcoming and lovely on arrival. I’m genuinely excited for my next two sessions and to continue my skin journey with Dr Medi Spa.

I also want to highlight Jemma, who is truly an asset to the team. While there have been a few bumps along the way (as can happen with any journey), what really stands out is how everything was handled—with the highest standards and amazing customer service.

Jemma created a safe, welcoming space for me to express some minor concerns and instantly put me at ease. Her care and attention weren’t just a one-off either—only a few days before my appointment, I fractured my toe and had to call to rearrange. Jemma was able to amend my appointment at short notice, accommodate my needs, and even offered to make provisions for my arrival. It’s these small gestures that go a long way.

I’m so glad I reached out to the Dr. Medispa team. The professionalism, warmth, and genuine care they’ve shown make them easy to recommend to friends and family. Show less »

Could not recommend Dr Somji enough! Was referred by my surgeon to him for follow up corrective treatment and each time I’ve seen him he’s been so reassuring and informative, explaining each procedure as he did it.

I had no numbing which was hard but she made me feel so comfortable and left no stone unturned in making sure she took the time to complete the whole of my face. I attended recently to restart my laser hair removal journey after 2 pregnancies. I used to get it done 5-6 years ago and certain areas like legs and underarms don't grow any hair at all now! Which is wonderful. I'm now restarting other body parts and had my patch test with Lucia who was very friendly and welcoming, treatment room was spotless and she expl... Show more »
