For starters, the location is easily accessible and the clinic is beautiful, clean, warm and inviting! Napolina communicated everything well through every stage whether that was the initial booking, the run up to the appointment, during and after the treatment.

I went in for micro needling and PRP treatment to help reduce the size of my pores, something my skin has always struggled with. Now, I must admit the treatment itself did hurt (I mean why was I surprised, my face was stabbed with loads of little needles) but Napolina was so comforting, helped talk me through it and even reduced the intensity on the areas that were most sensitive. She done everything she could to ensure I was happy and comfortable during my appointment. My face was a little dry for a few days like she had informed me it would be but she explained all the post care steps thoroughly and was quick to reply to any other questions i had after the appointment.

I noticed improvements within the first 2 days! I have included some progress pictures, picture 1 and 2 are from pre-treatment, picture 3 is from 2 days post treatment and then picture 4 is from today (10 days post treatment) you can see the difference in smoothness, brightness, colour correction and the reduction in size of my pores.

I am so happy with the results and the whole experience from beginning to end and I can not wait to visit Napolina again for my next treatment. She has a wide choice of treatments available and she is even looking to add a few more services soon! Thanks again girl xx Show less »
