The first time I visited she really spent time making sure it was right for me and always books in reviews to make sure I can ask questions and get the best results possible. The botox has really helped reduce heaviness in my brows as well as deep lines in my frown.
As well as being very happy with my results I always find our chats during consultations enjoyable. She genuinely wants to make her patients feel heard and looked after and never rushes. I went to Dr Andy and Dr Andrew for advice on how to slow the progress of my frown lines and they were beyond helpful. Both in-person and online, they spent time to answer all of my questions carefully and made sure that the advice they gave was addressing my specific concern areas. Treatment-wise they were so professional, the clinic was immaculate and I felt safe and very well looked after throughout and at follow ups. Aside from this, they kindly sent over personalised skincare recommendations to compliment my treatment. I felt completely in control throughout the entire process and am very happy with the results. As I reached my mid-30s, I realised that whilst a good skincare routine is foundational, to achieve the results that I wanted, I'd need some small tweakments. When I first spoke to Dr Andy & Dr Andrew, my brief was that I wanted to natural whilst restoring some volume loss in the face (due to weight loss) and also to help get rid of my angry elevens (frown lines). They suggested Sculptra to support natural collagen production and add a little more volume to my cheeks, as well as Relfydess in three places (aka the "6 month Botox"). Two Sculptra and one Relfydess later, I've already noticed a difference in my appearance, looking "fresher" with my skin smoother and plumper. Dr Andy & Dr Andrew were super professional and the treatments were completely painless, even if the Sculptra does feel a little weird at first! Before the injection, the wrinkle really bothered me. I hated looking in the mirror — it always made me look unhappy or angry, even when I was actually smiling. It was especially noticeable when I was concentrating on something , and it made me feel self-conscious and upset.
After getting the injection, I feel more confident — not just when meeting people, but also when I see myself in the mirror. Although the line hasn’t completely disappeared, the improvement is significant. Unless someone stares closely, it’s hardly noticeable now.After the injection at the first days I felt a little headache but it was quickly gone after several days.

Before the injection, the wrinkle really bothered me. I hated looking in the mirror — it always made me look unhappy or angry, even when I was actually smiling. It was especially noticeable when I was concentrating on something , and it made me feel self-conscious and upset.
