I recently underwent upper eyelid surgery with Dr Kain and from start to finish, the entire process was seamless.

The consultation was excellent—everything was explained clearly, realistic expectations were discussed, and I felt fully informed before making my decision. The booking process was equally smooth, and Jules was always available to answer any questions I had along the way.

I chose to have the procedure under general anaesthetic, which did increase the cost slightly, but it was the right choice for me and made the experience much more comfortable.

On the day of surgery, the clinic in Hale was wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring. It's not a busy clinic, which meant the team wasn't rushed and had plenty of time to focus on each patient. There were only two of us booked in that day, so the level of care felt very personal and reassuring.

The surgery itself went without any issues, and I felt well looked after throughout. Recovery has been far easier than I anticipated, with minimal bruising and swelling. Six days later, I had my stitches removed, and that appointment was just as straightforward and problem-free.

Overall, it has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The professionalism, communication, and level of care have been outstanding. I am already very pleased with the results and have noticed a significant improvement following my surgery.
