I had an appointment with Kylie for skin tag removal, and this was my second visit to the clinic but my first time being treated by her.

At first, I was quite nervous and didn’t feel very confident about the procedure. However, as soon as Kylie started explaining the process and what to expect, she immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing.

I chose to have the procedure without numbing cream, and to my surprise, I hardly felt any discomfort at all. As soon as the treatment was finished, I could already see excellent results.

I would definitely recommend Kylie to anyone considering skin tag removal , ACP Treatment ..

I can see why she is in charge of running the clinic. I have had many microneedling and chemical peel treatments with Ellen and whilst I kept going back because she was so patient, skilled and knowledgeable, I also always enjoyed the little chats we'd have and the giggles. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options while giving honest, realistic advice about what could actually be achieved.

What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was being sold a treatment. Instead, Flor genuinely listened to my concerns and recommended what she felt would be the most suitable approach for me. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who prioritises giving honest guidance over making a sale.

I had an appointment with Dr Inna for milia extraction and sebaceous hyperplasia. I had this issue for years and she managed to resolve it in a few minutes. Im over the moon with the treatment. She also helped me treat a few broken capillaries so my skin now looks fresh and spotless. I would highly recommend her treatment to everyone. Thank you and see you... Show more »

I recently visited ‘London Real Skin’ clinic to have a ‘skin tag’ surgically removed from my inner thigh.

I was very pleased with the experience and the service I received. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dr Inna, who performed the procedure, was very professional in her approach, and took great care with me. The practice manageress was also very pleasant to deal with.

I had the best experience today with Dr Inaa for a Milia removal. Dr Inaa was very informative, she made me feel super comfortable the whole time and made my experience as smooth as possible the whole way. I went to London Real Skin for a milia removal on my eyelid. Loretta, the receptionist, was excellent — very responsive and clear in her communication via email and phone. Dr Inna did a good job removing the milia, although the procedure was painful.

The reason for the 3-star review is the pricing issue. Before my appointment, I repeatedly confirmed the cost with Loretta and was told each time that the treatment would be £50. I specifically asked multiple times because I like to be prepared for what I’m paying.

After the treatment was completed, Dr Inna told me the total was £150 — triple the quoted price. When I explained I hadn’t budgeted for this and had been told £50, I was told that “the receptionists don’t know how much treatments are,” which is concerning given they book these treatments daily.

I then found myself in an awkward position of having to negotiate the price after the procedure had already been done. I ended up paying £75, even though the originally agreed price was £50. Pricing should never be negotiated post-treatment, especially when a price has been clearly discussed in advance.

Be cautious and make sure pricing is confirmed in writing, as unexpected price changes are not acceptable. Show less »

Kelly was absolutely brilliant so skilled at what she does and really took the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and checked in often to ensure I wasn’t in any pain. Her calm, friendly energy made the whole experience feel effortless. I left feeling well looked after and confident about my treatment.

The treatments were lovely, very relaxing and tweaked every session to suit the needs of my skin, I come out glowing every time! If you want results, I cannot recommend London Real Skin enough and my favorite aesthetician, Leigh. She has transformed my skin to the point where my skin looks presentable without any makeup on.

I started with a skin consultation where I learned that I was doing way too much and none of it was right for my skin type (thanks influencers ugh). Leigh helped me understand what works vs doesnt work for my skin and created a weekly skin routine that actually saved me money and has made my skin look incredible. She also recommended at-home tricks to help with anti-aging that have made a huge difference.

Then I pair that with a monthly hydra facial today give me that extra boost and make my skin truly glow. Since coming here, I have been asked by many friends, family and strangers what I’m doing bc it’s that noticeably good.

Loretta and Ellen are the best!!!! Loretta is always so helpful & accommodating with my appointments which is so kind as sometimes last minute.
