As you can see from my first review, I have been seeing Lucy for regular treatments for more than 2 years. Charlwood Aesthetics was recommended to me by a friend and decided to have a first consultation with Lucy. From day 1 she was absolutely wonderful. In a course of two months I saw her 3 times to have Botox and fillers done (with a free top up for both) and I couldn't be happier with the results. Lucy will hear your concerns and tell you what she thinks you might need to look better, refreshed but making sure your face still looks natural and you still look yourself. Thanks, Lucy. I can’t recommend Dora enough. I knew I wanted something but didn’t really know what- I’d wrongly assumed it was all about fillers and Botox! Dora took time to explain that this would be a waste for me unless some “ groundwork” was done first. Having now had a full course of Jalupro, I can see it was the right advice,my skin definitely looks and feels better... Show more »

Fran is absolutely outstanding at what she does, she carefully chooses and recommends treatments to match your individual features. all enhancements ive had, look so natural no one could ever tell id had fillers at all. she never rushes a procedure, i feel totally at ease and trust her judgement completely. she has helped me feel soo much better about my app... I’ve had Botox and dermal fillers at Definition and as a woman in her 40s wanting subtle & natural treatments, I’ve been more than impressed with the ladies at this practice.
