I cannot recommend SK:N Haywards Heath enough. I’ve been having laser treatment on my lip and chin area for the past six months and the results have been incredible. As someone with darker skin, I was very sceptical about laser due to the horror stories I’d heard, but Katie and Leanne have been amazing from the very start.

They explained the whole process clearly, guided me through what to expect, and gave detailed aftercare advice which has been so important. They’ve always been patient with my questions, and even adjusted the treatment frequency and settings along the way to make sure I was comfortable and getting the best results.

From the very first session I noticed a big reduction in hair growth and the transformation since then has been drastic. I only wish I’d done this sooner. Katie and Leanne’s professionalism and care have made the whole journey so positive, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Show less »

Like many others, I was affected by the abrupt closure - and just as sudden reopening - of this business under so-called "new ownership." If that doesn’t raise serious concerns, I don’t know what does. I want to make it clear that I don’t blame the staff - (Katie was excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend), many of whom were also unexpectedly let go. However... Show more »

Like many others, I was affected by the abrupt closure - and just as sudden reopening - of this business under so-called "new ownership." If that doesn’t raise serious concerns, I don’t know what does. I want to make it clear that I don’t blame the staff - (Katie was excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend), many of whom were also unexpectedly let go. However, as a long-time customer who returned for treatment, paid in instalments (had to continue paying the instalments), and received nothing in return, I’m appalled. It’s shocking that the individuals behind this company can carry on without accountability.

I visited DestinationSkin this morning for a Hydra Facial with the lovely Claire. It’s the first time I’ve been to the clinic and the team were very welcoming, friendly and informative. My treatment process was well explained, and I was given a realistic idea of what to expect to see afterwards, as well as recommended steps to ensure I get the best results from the Hydra Facial (avoiding sun exposure and acidic skin care products etc.)
Claire was fantastic and so helpful. She really put me at ease through the treatment and we had a lovely chat about all things skin!
After my facial I asked for any products she would recommend based on what I was currently using, what results I wanted to see and what may be missing from my routine. Claire wasn’t pushy unlike some clinics can be, and suggested a Hyaluronic Acid serum as I’d not used one for a while.
I was really happy with my overall experience, the treatment and advice received and will definitely book back for more. Thank you so much team Haywards! Show less »
