The most beautiful clinic which always makes me feel calm and relaxed. Sophie and Lucy are such professional practitioners who are excellent at what they do. I did feel nervous having filler for the first time but Sophie made me feel so at ease and nothing was rushed. Sophie and Lucy both do their upmost to ensure that I am over the moon with my treatments and they never fail. The clinic is gorgeous and the treatments are wonderful.
I had concerns due to a previous treatment at another clinic, both Sophie and Lucy provided great advice and recommendations and were both were patient with the amount of time I deliberated on what to do. When I made the decision to proceed they took the procedure slowly and allowed me to return a few times to achieve the results I wanted rather than risk being unhappy with the results (lip filler). I cannot be happier and they have built up my confidence more than I could ever imagine! Due to a diagnosis of a blood disorder affecting my skins elasticity and destroying the collagen in my face, I decided it was time to look for a proper medical professional, and that’s when I found Dr Raj.
At my consultation by Facetime I explained everything, including the underlying condition attacking my system. He immediately told me that the treatment I originally had in mind wouldn’t be suitable, and instead suggested alternatives that would genuinely help.
He even asked whether I’d prefer to go elsewhere for a facelift, but reassured me that his approach would give me real improvement and help me regain my confidence.
I knew it would cost more than a local salon, but I had saved for this — and I wanted my life back, especially knowing my diagnosis is lifelong.
The first session was a shock, but in a good way. Although I’ve had fillers before, his technique is completely different. Instead of simply injecting into lines, he works in sweeping motions across the areas of concern. It’s a proper medical procedure, not a “lunchtime tweak”. He also uses an anaesthetic injection rather than cream. I won’t pretend it didn’t hurt — my pain threshold is terrible — but his skill and confidence were obvious throughout.
The next day the bruising appeared, which I expected as I bruise very easily now. But even through the swelling I could see a difference. My skin looked healthier, and the deep lines were already softer.
I returned a few weeks later for my second session. Again, I bruised heavily, but the improvement was even more noticeable. I’m now three days post‑procedure and everything is settling nicely.
This treatment is not a quick fix, but it is the real deal. Dr Raj is knowledgeable, honest, and extremely skilled. He tells you straight whether he can help, gives clear prices with no hidden surprises, and stays in touch throughout your healing.
I’m waiting for everything to fully settle, but I already feel more like myself again — and I’ll definitely be updating this review as things progress. And as a final bonus… at 60‑plus, it’s rather nice when your doctor is easy on the eye.

Ros understands that I am not a fan of the overfilled look, and that I prefer a subtle natural look; Rather than proceeding with unnecessary treatment that she knew I wouldn’t be happy with, Ros actually advised that I didn’t need the procedure I was booked in to have. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly reassuring in the aesthetics industry.
