In 2024 I was diagnosed with a cancer called a BCC it was on my left nasal bridge near my eye, I waited so long in the NHS that my daughter feared I may loose my eye . She searched and came across this clinic and booked an appointment for me .This Cardiff clinic is wonderful!
I was immediately put at ease by all the staff and reassured that Mr Karoo was that person to help .
After my first consultation he explained to me everything that would or could happen and even though it seemed scary I loved the fact he was giving me truth so I could decide myself!
I required a skin graft taken from my ear for it to replace the space that my cancerous tumour had left by my eye !
My results were are amazing! He got 100%of my cancer out!
I would highly recommend Mr Karoo for any surgical procedure you need ! He made me feel more than just a patient! He’s given me a new perspective and I’m so happy with the results of my surgery! Do not hesitate book an appointment trust me you won’t regret it!! God bless this man! Show less »

My eyelids had drooped over my eyelashes and for years I had been threatening to get them done. My husband persuaded me to make the appointment and I am so glad I did.

Mr. Karoo performed upper lid blepharoplasty surgery on me at the beginning of February 2025. He was so lovely, telling me what he was doing as he was going along and keeping me occupied with light conversation so I didn't over think things.

I could see the difference immediately despite the swelling and bruising. I was so pleased then and now 5 months later I am ecstatic. I love my new eyes! I can now wear eyeshadow and you can actually see it. I really am thrilled with the results.

I received excellent levels of care and treatment and cannot thank Mr Karoo and his staff enough for what they did for me. Instead of waiting on the long NHS waiting list, I decide to go down the private healthcare pathway, and getting this carinoma removed from my body in quick time from my initial consultant was well worth the money. I would certainly recommend Mr Karoo, and if I have any problems in future years I shall certainly ask him to help again.
