A huge thank you to both of my therapists, Stephanie and Teona who have been consistently professional, friendly and welcoming throughout my treatments. They always made me feel comfortable, took the time to answer any questions I had, and made each appointment a really pleasant experience.

I’ve noticed a significant difference since starting the course and I’m very pleased with how everything has progressed. I would happily recommend Sk:n clinic to anyone considering laser hair removal.

The Sk:n clinic in Cardiff has been a thoroughly great service. I’ve had both laser hair removal and specific spot removal from them. The spot removal was an amazing result while the Laser hair has been a satisfying experience too. The Sk:n clinic in Cardiff has been a thoroughly great service. I’ve had both laser hair removal and specific spot removal from them. The spot removal was an amazing result while the Laser hair has been a satisfying experience too. I don’t rate things 5 star out of personal preference since everything can be better, and the small minor things I had trouble with were some delay in results and my health not allowing me to get everything I needed for certain sessions. Overall though it is a great result and worth having done if you are able to afford any of their treatments. Show less »

I really enjoyed the facial my skin looked and felt amazing and I really liked how knowledgeable Teona was and could be more happy with the skin products I have purchased. Teona has such a calming presence and really takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. She explained everything so clearly, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the entire process. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such high-level expertise with such kindness and attention to detail.

What stood out most was how personalised the experience felt. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she truly cares about her clients and their results. I left feeling not only well taken care of, but also more confident and informed.

Sk:n Cardiff is incredibly lucky to have Teona – she is an absolute asset to the clinic. I would highly recommend booking with her if you want someone who is knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing.

Filled in form online and promptly received call back to book in my appointment. I was offered appointment next day and paid £50 deposit. A few hours later, I received a call from the Cardiff manager Steph to say that she had rebooked my appointment as "the doctor can't have any gaps in his schedule". Her whole approach suggested that it was somehow my fault... Show more »

Filled in form online and promptly received call back to book in my appointment. I was offered appointment next day and paid £50 deposit. A few hours later, I received a call from the Cardiff manager Steph to say that she had rebooked my appointment as "the doctor can't have any gaps in his schedule". Her whole approach suggested that it was somehow my fault that there was a gap in the diary.

When I confirmed that I could not make the new time, Steph said there were no other options but to cancel. I said that I had only made the appointment a few hours ago and she said that was not her fault and that they have issues with their call centre not booking time correctly to avoid clinical gaps. I pointed out that I was a first time customer and that this was a terrible example of the company - she again repeated that it was not her fault. I asked for a discount off the rescheduled appointment and she refused. She reluctantly agreed to ring the doctor and see if he could adhere to my booked time.

I had to call back to confirm if my appointment was going ahead. She said it was not possible and that my deposit would be refunded in 28 days. I said that was not acceptable given this whole scenario was the company's fault and she said it was out of her control and had no autonomy to issue the refund any sooner.

I hardly ever leave Google reviews but I am so shocked by this experience. Steph confirmed that she was the store manager after I enquired several times if I could speak to someone else - as I couldn't believe that the most senior person in any clinic would treat a new client in this way. Her attitude was appalling and it was completely unprofessional to criticise the call centre directly to me.

I will complain to head office but please avoid this clinic. I will be looking elsewhere in Cardiff for mole mapping as I do not have any confidence in this clinic based on my experience. I would rather pay more elsewhere and receive professional customer service and courtesy. Show less »

I recently visited Skin clinic in Cardiff and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Teona was the practitioner and she was nothing but friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She explained every step and answered all of my questions.
