I have been coming to Dr Ros for many years, I had an appointment today for a lip filler top up, and was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, honesty, and ethical approach. Ros understands that I am not a fan of the overfilled look, and that I prefer a subtle natural look; Rather than proceeding with unnecessary treatment that she knew I wouldn’t be happy with, Ros actually advised that I didn’t need the procedure I was booked in to have. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly reassuring in the aesthetics industry.

Ros took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her advice. It’s obvious that patient wellbeing comes before profit, which speaks volumes about her standards and expertise.

Saw Ros, today for PDO threads. Absolutely amazing!! Talked through everything in detail, didn’t try to rush me or over sell- in fact the opposite. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Rosmedics. From the moment I walked in, Leigh was the first person I saw and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She created such a warm, friendly atmosphere that it felt like I was chatting with someone I’d known for years…not walking into a clinic for the first time. She’s so kind, genuine, and naturally puts you at ease.

Meeting Dr Ros was just as amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge and explains everything so clearly and honestly. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that combination of expertise and warmth is so rare. I felt completely safe and confident in her hands the whole time.

By the time I left, it genuinely felt like I’d known them both forever. They’re such a perfect team … welcoming, professional, and so genuinely lovely.

I’m honestly so grateful for the whole experience. If you’re thinking of going to Rosmedics, do it. They’re truly 10/10. Show less »

I’ve visited Dr Ros for a few years now and always enjoy my visits. Leigh makes you feel so welcome and Dr Ros offers highly educated, friendly advice based on your concerns. Both myself and my partner have had IV’s with her which have helped our sleep, energy levels and stopped us getting ill during the winter! Highly recommend.

My first visit to Ros Medics and was from doing a Google search that I found them. All I can say is from the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. Ros is very informative and makes you feel very relax from the start. I will definitely be returning and if your thinking about going to them then i can only say you won't be disjointed.

I've been to Ros Medics a number of times over the years for various treatments. Ros is excellent at what she does and puts you immediately at ease. She's very ethical and will not try and talk you into treatments you don't need, unlike other practitioners. Her colleague Leigh is also very friendly and professional. Would totally recommend!
