This was my first treatment of any kind. Lucy and Sophie were extremely kind and knowledgeable, guiding me through the procedure. They listen to exactly what is you want for yourself, in my case this was a very natural tweak. This was my first treatment of any kind. Lucy and Sophie were extremely kind and knowledgeable, guiding me through the procedure.
They listen to exactly what is you want for yourself, in my case this was a very natural tweak. The treatment I received was just what I requested and they were so reassuring throughout and also used stress and distraction toys as well as chatting to me to put me at ease.
They respond very quickly to any enquiry and are able to accommodate appointments quickly. They don't try to offer add on sales of products or encourage you to buy additional treatments.

Sophie and Lucy both do their upmost to ensure that I am over the moon with my treatments and they never fail. The clinic is gorgeous and the treatments are wonderful.
I had concerns due to a previous treatment at another clinic, both Sophie and Lucy provided great advice and recommendations and were both were patient with the amount of time I deliberated on what to do. When I made the decision to proceed they took the procedure slowly and allowed me to return a few times to achieve the results I wanted rather than risk being unhappy with the results (lip filler). I cannot be happier and they have built up my confidence more than I could ever imagine! Thank you both for all you do, your time and patience, your insane level of knowledge and your commitment to doing the right thing and not just doing treatments that are not suitable! x Show less »
